You should apply for financial aid every year by the March 1 priority date. After the first year, you will receive a PIN (Personal Identification Number) which will permit you to complete the renewal application on the web.
Where do I find the Bursar's Office?
The Bursar's Office and Cashier services is located on the 2nd floor of the Lucas Administrative Center (LAC) and can be reached at (859)-572-5204.

Office hours are from Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
The following hours are for the cashiering operation:
Fall and Spring
Monday and Thursday 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. *
Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Summer
Tuesday through Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Monday 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. *
