Tuition and Fees - Payment

Tuition Due Dates:

2008 Fall Semester August 19, 2008
2008 Winter Intersession December 8, 2008
2009 Spring Semester January 6, 2009

Students not paying in full by the due date will be charged a late fee and automatically be placed on the NKU Installment Plan. For registrations that take place after the due date, payment is due immediately.

To avoid a financial obligation to NKU and or a grade liability, class withdrawals must be processed by the end of the 100% adjustment (refund) period for each term or session. The adjustment (refund) period dates can be found in the academic calendars.

Refund Policy/Appeal Form

A. Students who officially withdraw from all classes or drop a class(es) on or before the last day to register, as published in the academic calendar, are eligible for a 100 percent adjustment of the total tuition and fees assessed.

B. Students who officially withdraw from all classes or drop a class(es) after the last day to register but before the last day to drop a course without a grade appearing on the student's record, as published in the academic calendar, are eligible for a 50 percent adjustment of the total tuition and fees assessed.

C. Refund appeals, based on extraordinary circumstances, must be made in writing to the Director of Bursar Operations no later than midpoint of the session.
